 I figured out it is a chisel/slick/knife sharpening guide.  Don't know why I was thinking mechanical tool,  but as soon as you guys mentioned lathe I remembered sharpening a slick on something similar once apon a time.

I had 3 7lbers take 12hours at 220F.

I take them off at 205 and foil wrap till whenever they get pulled.

Not the Voodoo.  It carries a cross-plane crank just like the 5.2 crate engine.  The GT350 will continue to be the enigma it was designed to be.

Damn pulled pork always plays games with me.

Butt was at 195° at 4AM this morning. 4 hours later it's at 192°...
