Deadlifts are my arch nemesis.  Long torso, shorter arms for my size and a belly made scooping up a bar from the floor a nightmare.  2-3 inches lift from a standard 45 pound plate and I could lift 40% more weight.

Pretty small guy which is crazy he's like skin and bone.
