That's insane!

I don't see how you can see it that far away. It really is pretty small. The body is 9 inches long. You have got to have insane FPV  equipment to make that flight realistic.

Don't post that shit here, I don't need another thing to buy.

Oh sorry...

Oops, how'd that get in there?

Fuckin' sweet, though, eh?

Modern batteries are a trip.  Does it run on LiPo's?

Yep, 3 cell 2200mah LiPo.

I have seen 12.5 minutes for mellow flight to 5 minutes for abusing and trick flying. I have more batteries and props on the way. They'll be here tomorrow. I'm going to fly it tomorrow night.

What'd you get for a charger?  Server power supplies ftmfw

Ordered myself up a toy today too.  Found a Yamaha THR10c modeling amp for sale, shipped $185.  It's cool since it runs on batteries, models 80% of the amps you've ever heard guitarists play through (good enough for practice anyway), includes a pair of 4" speakers, has a USB plug that allows you to play music through it while you play, also a line-in, records multi-track through said USB port too.  Passes both the modelled amp response and non so if you want to replay it through whatever amp you want for mastering you can.

I am just looking for a way to play with myself.  I'll be able to lay down some rhythm tracks and then jam over them.

Also can instantly play with Easy Band on my phone.

I have about 7/8's of the neck memorized now, can play all the non modified scales in any position, so it is time to put it to making music.

I went in biased thinking the Camaro was going to drive better.  Part of me hoped it as well since it is easier for me to play with the motor on the GM stuff.

Honestly I've been very unimpressed with the Camaro, IMO the new Mustang body and style just kills the camaro's looks. The interior is a bit better in the Camaro but I don't think it looks as good as the mustang interior.. if that makes sense.

If I was going to buy a new high performance american car it would be a toss up between the new Mustang and the Corvette.

X2 on the Mustang looks. I'm a Chevy guy but the mustang KILLS the Camaro in terms of looks.

I am using the stock balancer for now. I am loving the Graupner Polaron EX. I might just grab the Hyperion EOS 0606I, or the 0720I. Either way I will be using Mean Well external supplies. I use the Mean Wells for my hybrid battery rebuilds. They are super robust.

I am curious to see how the new one is riding on the ATS chassis.  GM spent a ton of money really trying to make the ATS a car and it worked.  The Camaro ought to lay hurt on the ATS-V which is going to be hard to compete with.

ATS-V is quicker at 3.7 to 60 than the C7 Stingray and the Z28, pulls a 12.1 in the quarter, stops faster from 60 than a 458 Italia, Stingray does the figure 8 in 23.5 and the V 23.7 (458 23.6).  All #'s from Motortrend.

Take that chassis and slap the ZL1 motor in it and beware Europe.

What suspension on the ATS?  Does is come in a manual?

Nope.

He drives automatics. He can drive a stick, but he wanted someone to take him for a ride who can really drive a stick. I took my service writer for a drive in my buddy's Elise last fall, and he had Matt bring it down so I could stretch it's legs for him and give him a thrill. I had him shitting his pants. That fucking thing sticks to the ground like it's no one's business. It is really sticky and super twitchy. He just got done getting it registered, so after I drove him around in it, I inspected it for him.
