NY Strip, too close to medium rare. sad.png Made my parents happy though. They are leaving for Europe for a couple weeks so I thought they should eat well on the way out of town.

Of course when I think aluminum fishing boat I think this:

http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/csw/boa/4935967262.html

 I had a 20' SeaArk with a 200hp yamaha.....Fucker would scoot!!

My old boat did 79.2 on the GPS.

Hit 65 on this one and my ballz got to smacking the seat..So I backed off I could not plane it off correct...50mph and under no problem..lol

No pic...

75 feels about 2x as fast as 65. My previous Cajun did high 60's. Had no real GPS, but regularly could pass my buddies boat that did a bit over 67

Long lean and fast. Great in big water too which is huge on our lake with all the 50' boats.

If I wanted to just go fast I'd grab a Bullet or Allison

If you don't know how to drive through chine walk it is a really bad idea too. Just hold the wheel straight on my boat at that speed and it'd flip. Do what you think is natural and it will flip. Need to steer the walk.

2nd Champion is not the one, but I couldn't find a side shot of it. Still gorgeous and now nearly 15 years old.

Ever done any truffle hunting?

Surprisingly no. Morels are the big one to hunt around here. Local restaurants will buy them up in a heartbeat.
Hit $60/lb here last year. Of course wholesale you get about $15
I've hunted them before with friends, but I've honestly never eaten them. how do you like them served?
pretty much anyway. Butter cognac and thyme is classic, cream doesn't suck

God yes
