My work and sleep schedule don't help much with my weight staying in check.

Then what you are lifting is indeed impressive in my opinion. You have exceeded what is my long term lifting goal (8 reps of body weight or 8 reps of 225)

Thank you :)

You got to keep on keeping on. My goal now is not to stop and stick with it, I was going to do this till October and stop for 3 months, but not now.

You are your only limitation, get past that and you will get what you want.

I quit the gym for a while. By gym I really just mean the gym. We go to some advanced yoga and do ddumbell and bodyweight lifts at the house. However, I need to get some more weight for the bells as I am maxing some lifts.

Ahhhh!!! I finished the prednisone and the PI is creeping up in new places. I CANT go back on the prednisone pack.

Luckily, it is not coming back on my balls or face again.

Its freaking weird because the original spots are clearing up and its developing around them. I know I haven't been in it. I've been EXTREMELY careful and my extreme outdoor friends have been keeping a look out.

On your ballz?

Think caveman shit for core strength.

J

Caveman shitting is more for sphincter training.

Lmao.

Cave man shit must be like anal kegals using rocks for benwa balls.

Well played fuckers.

:D

Nice job!

Have any tips for sustained success?

What kind of workout sets are you doing?

My asshole feels like I shit rocks.

No bueno

I meant to grab almond milk from the store. Accidently grabbed soy milk instead. Shit out everything I ate for like 12 hours. Not awesome.

Yikes. Never had soy milk do that to me.

Miso soup used to be brutal for me, but not anymore.

Posting from planes today. On the last leg. Flew SEA to HOU and now to TUL.

The wedding was a blast. I hate to be home and not spend more time there.

I am very old school, it was beat into me. Heavy weight and high reps with variations of low reps with more sets.

Some of the things I do most will not because it is old thinking.

At the start I was not going to go heavy because my joints always pay the price, but that did not last. So at some point things may have to change.

While we are on the subject, fuck hemorrhoids.

:-)

Indeed.

When I brought home the Miata, dad was with me (so we can both drive) but he had sever pain because of hemorrhoids. The trip was a complete mess.

Woke up today and my phone died. Never had that happen the damn battery went dead from 60% in a couple hours.

Seems like it's a common thing on some Androids. The battery like "recharges" itself at night and the phone doesn't know how to display that. Then once you start using it again it will just sit at a certain % even though you are using it heavily. Then it suddenly start dropping like crazy.

I got the stupid insurance for mine so I could just replace it. My battery cannot be removed either.

I'm at a juncture where I really don't want to hassle with changing yet. I want a large format phone aka Phablet at this point. I talk maybe 50 min a month. I text, email, or message via some other form in the thousands, and one month I consumed 12 gigs of data.

I need more screen real estate.

Mine is 5.7 and not that it bothers me to carry it around, but I would go above 6 inches.

They can burn man.

Got them when I was 17, and every once and a while it makes an appearance.

That's what she said.

And I also agree.
