Every morning is the goal.

Trying a new process tomorrow AM. My pain pill cocktail is in a little jar next to the bed. Protein bar and jug of water. Wife's alarm goes off, hit the pills and bar. Doze in and out for a half hour or so.

Get up and start water for miso, get on elliptical and just go as far as I can, nice an slow. Got it in the living room so I can pop in some Netflix.

Smash miso, shower, get to work early.
