Supra?

You would drive that?

Weird. Why not build the pantera?

You missed the point, 2+2. I want something the kids can come in too, otherwise it is pointless. Long term I'll build something real. This is just an itch. Won't keep it, won't upgrade it much, just drive for a year or two until i have some time to do something.
I didn't know the supra was a 2+2 actually.

But yes I glazed it.

SHO, M3, 240sx?
I've had 4 SHO's including a boosted one, 2 M3's, and don't fit in a 240. I like the ideas though.
What about an sti or an evo? 4 door, awd and pretty modifiable. An older svt cobra would be sweet but the interior is carp. GTO's and g8 are fast and the lsx engines are sweet.

I'd prefer RWD only.

Guessing the Shelby Mustang would be a better long term buy than a GTO. Just not sure I can get excited about either.

Yeah the interior is pretty much crap, but gtos are relatively cheap and gains are easily made with some light mods.

I search CL daily for cheap V12s for sale.  I want one on stand just to start whenever I want and let it wail with some open headers.

Ode to a yard bird, by Dem Beats

Yard bird is one of my least fave meats......

That said, when roasted whole or spatchcocked, with the holy trinity and some tarragon or thyme and rosemary it is one of the best things in the world. The smell is so comforting. I always use garlic, because... I just do.

I love cutting the breasts off after its rested, "here wife, your favorite", and then tearing into the carcass. Thighs are usually my first target, but sometimes I will smash a lolli pop first. Then the wings. But the best is what clings to the bones. That's the whole point. Neck is maybe my favorite, but it rarely cooks properly. Always over done. If it broils in its own juice I'm ok with it.

Eating a chicken like that is one of the most simple joys in the world. With my 8" chef knife close by I can make little razor sharp cuts through the tendons that don't melt away and I lose almost no juice.

And then the extra treat. Chilling it down and the next day making stock from roasting the bones with more herbs and another onion. The house is like heaven.

My grandmother never made chickens that way or made stock, but it is one of the most comforting things in the world. Perhaps my aunt who I grew up with made them much more than I remember.... Either way, it's beyond pleasant.

Don't the Ego's and STI's fall apart?

I am scared to buy one. Maybe I'm misguided.

I've heard that the subies are super reliable, and the Evo's are better for performance but lack the quality.

I think we might be related Sean. I'm still not convinced we aren't twins.

Or you put some kind of future mind reading unit in my brain and are messing with me.

.....I better get an armadiller hat or something.

And yes, fuckin' yummy

There is a better chance of a comet hitting earth today than you eating something gross, especially if you made it.

I just couldn't figure out how you would get a boiled chicken to that yummy level.

Why the F do products I like have to disappear off the market? I always had a fear the greek yogurt I eat at lunch will be off the market since people here are much too conservative to try something other than regular yogurt. Barely found any last week. Didn't find any this week.

Seth, how much time did you spend in Rome?

I have a trip planned in early May and I was thinking about spending a few days in Rome then a few in Naples or just staying in Rome for a week.

Fun car to ride in, when you get to ride with a race car driver.
