It is funny to walk around the neighborhood. Private road with 26 houses split with two entrances. All built on one of the houses prorerties when they sold off in 1974. Means 3 were built before 1880, the rest in 1974. Garages are regularly open, but there is a car and a garbage can in them. Then mine opens. You can't see an inch of wall or space anywhere, but it is as organized if not more so than theirs with just a garbage can. I don't fit

Think I have the wife convinced if we stay to allow me to build another 1.5/2 car garage attached to mine. Backside of it a 3 season kitchen.

Need to do that, tear down a couple walls, put in a new master suite and new kitchen for less than $150k and it's a go.
