Welcome to the IHoP v.2

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Koenigsegg is planning a car called the One:1 – as in, one horsepower per pound. Head honcho Christian von Koenigsegg describes this new hypercar as a "money-is-no-object venture" for a dealer in China.

A one-to-one power-to-weight ratio certainly sounds ridiculous, but it's not all that far-fetched. "Other cars have achieved this but by measuring dry weight – no oil, no water, no fuel," von Koenigsegg said in his interview with Bloomberg. The plan for the One:1 is to create a 1,400-horsepower car that weighs 1,400 pounds, taking into account fluids and even the driver.

gotta be photo shopped

No, they just snapped the photo at the perfect time.  Go to the drag strip long enough and you'll see this several times.

They want clout at the country club. She's a several hundred thousand dollar a year oil executive. Probably not buying a mustang.

They tried test driving a c7 last night and they wouldn't let them. Possibly lost a 75k cash deal. Dummies.

It's just a C-clip axle which broke :)

There's a website dedicated to Dana35 breakage (axle under almost all XJ Cherokees), plenty of pics like the above there. I can't find the site now.

It is a junk diff. I have likely built or replaced more 35s than any other diff.

Seen that more than once at Demo Derbys, haven't been to that many Demos either.

After going to a combine demo derby, normal car ones look lame.

I know you love them :D

I want to lock mine but I'm really unsure if I should swap it out for a Ford 8.8 or just lock it, now that I also have disc brakes

American dealers have shut me down before too. Even when making an apt. That was a vettte too.

I wanted to try a one year old z06 a while back... And they turned me down on a day I had just drove a quatroporte, and was offered to try a gallardo.

Turned down the Gallardo test drive, I didn't want to fall in love.

They turned you down because you aren't a 65 year old grandpa.

I know I am alittle biased but you should tell them go drive a CTS-V, 2 door or 4 it don't matter. They are truly awesome driver cars and the stock power would satisfy 90% of people.

Sweet! My service manager got his first deer today, and his buddy got his first not 20 minutes later. Both doe, which is good because doe tastes better. We have a guy in the shop that makes killer jerky, so we will be in amazing jerky for a while. I thought for sure he would call me to clean it for them, but fortunately they figured it out. I wasn't feeling the smell of gut pile today.

My favorite car. CTS-V 4 door. It's a Corvette, in a Tuxedo with 2 day facial hair and a cigarette.

I think of it as the first son of an Italian family with a big gold cross on his neck. And on a healthy steroid habit.

Aye ooooohhhhh
