Or for 100k buy a dedicated older track car and a slightly used DD. Your bosses priorities are very strange.

just a wee bit, i reported all the posts as he was making them...isnt there a way that admins can verify/deny forum access?

Largely due to our great Tech Team and above average knowledge base of the members, we do have a good amount of silent members who join up to just read, but never post.  I am on the site 7/365, but really can only depend on our great mod team, the spam filtering of the forum, the captcha system, and the ever increasing database of ban filters I am constantly adding to.  So to approve each member is too much to add to my workload as it is.  I am in the back end everyday banning chunks before they spam though.

The problem is its for his wife mainly. And gently used is an option. She drives a new loaded range rover but want a convertible to drive in the summer. He just wants something he can retain his "man" card when he takes it out to thrash on on the weekend's or to take to the country club.

I bought the bitch ! ! !

It's already lowered the right amount, running 15" wheels wrapped in some nice Toyo Proxxes. Needs some rust work, nothing serious, only surface damage. Engine needs a tune-up, seems to run a little rich and a bit rough at idle after the long drive. But it drives excellent and it's not cold under the soft-top smile.png

Looking forward to your project.  The TeamSSAzoomzoom is getting going. :)

How much of a "track" car can she really handle?

as long as its docile when she's not romping on it, should be ok.

He don't really looking for a "track" car. Just something he can play with down there to have some fun. Nothing competitive.

911, Corvette, BMW M6, Used Audi R8, Maserati Gran Turismo, Lotus Evora

I feel like I am leaving out something obvious, but those could work. Also not sure if the conv Evora made it to the US.

If I had to buy a convertible out of the above for my personal DD it'd probably be the R8.
