Dembeats or m5, if I was to move to the mnpls area is there any parts to avoid looking into a house?

Not north Mpls. Move to the west suburbs ideally. Less house and land, nicer area.

Look in Minnetonka, excelcior, Plymouth. The south is ok. Edina is nice but pretentious kinda. Old money.

On the east side it is even harder to find a nice area. They hide them. You really need to live here for a while, then hunt when you have time.

My starter homes were both 200ish. One at the boom one after the bust.

First one was waaaaaaaay the fuck out there though.

Can't stand the thought of renting after owning for this long.

Anything is going to be more expensive than Houston. I'm prepared for the home prices. Need to research property taxes vs here. Stupid high here.

taxes are higher here. Fucking socialist bullshit.

You can easily lose 50k here if you jump too soon the real estate market is not friendly'. An early purchase is an awful idea

Sean is right, but fuck the money part. The difference one or 2 blocks can make is EXTRAORDINARY.

While that is the same everywhere, it's really harsh here. Like WTF kind of mish mash neighborhoods. This is way more evident on the east and south side a bit. The west side has it's own idiosyncrasies though.

Northern area is just methlabs.

I will start with the first lowball offer of 200. And half of my Sam's club membership. What you save will make up for the loss in no time.

:D

See.... You don't need both cards on the pluss program to get the perks and discounts... But you want it.

Give the need, withold the want.

Negotiations, you got it or you don't.

So, instead of spending R&D to figure out a way for their engines to run efficiently, they instead slap on some cheap & quick fixes.

Other people can answer this better than I, but you'd probably be surprised how much $$$ they are spending on research to get these things to pass the emissions.

There lies the problem. The emissions were better before the aggressive and shit EGR systems. And thus better before DEF.

So you plan to reduce emissions by forcing everyone to add another tank, pump, hose, chamber in the exhaust, and fluid to add to the vehicle.

They're not forcing anyone to add anything. All they did was set the maximum level of emissions that can come out the tailpipe. How the manufacturers actually go about doing that is up to them.

#1 thank you for letting me know. I thought DEF was a government requirement. The fleet workers I k.ow use it and cannot imagine it is the cheepest way for them to continue passing the tests.

#2 it still causes more harm than good in the total cycle.

More harm, but higher profits for all involved. :D

That shit makes me wanna rage Peng. I hate waste in the name of efficiency to hide profit. Mostly because I hate the hippies who buy into it.

Hippies don't buy HD pickups. They buy Priuses. (Prii?)
