And it's a must to tie a real tie. Custom ties are also sweet and make a big difference.

Custom shoes are the bomb as well, but that'll eat up $600-900 of your budget right there. I'd just say no to the patent leather bullshit though.

You could always have a $30k day and a $70k vacation/honeymoon...

That was the first thing that I thought of, even if you don't do 30/70 70/30 would still be enough for a badass honeymoon. Who the hell am I though to tell you how to spend your money haha.

$70k would be one hell of a vacation. $30k is not hard to get to in that regard. Hell if I were really doing it the way I'd like I could spend $1k/day on food.

More would be okay too, but hard to rationalize as the difference wouldn't be so much.

If we didn't have kids we'd do around the world vacations yearly.

Fuck yeah!

If I ever have the income I'd love to travel the world.

We are going to be spending a week in Hawaii. A week at Yellowstone. And a week in the interior of Alaska hopping trains.

Sure you really want to drop $15k on tux's? I didn't even spend that much on my whole wedding...

I don't think my parents and both sister's weddings combined cost that much.

Actually going to Vegas on nov. 18th. My little sister turns 21 on Nov. 16th.

When I lived in SoCal I had the best hook up. One of my good friends got a job in Vegas, as a foreman for an industrial construction company. His wife stayed in SoCal. The company paid for his apartment in Vegas, so he stayed there for free during the week. He went home on weekends, and we snagged his apartment all the time for weekend trips. Spent a ton of time partying it up before and during the transformation from an adult destination to a family destination.

If any of you game, the damn weekend deal on Steam is stupid. Walking dead full season for under 7 bucks. I probably won't even play it for a while, but I couldn't pass that up.

Shazam.

I dont understand why companies charge so much more just because the name brand of something. I use to call it Viper tax. Because my SRT10 and my buddies Viper was so high to mod. But damn if the Cadi crowd has to deal with the same shit. A axleback exhuast is 1200 bucks. Thats silly to me, its 2 mufflers and about 2 ft of pipe. A simple off road x pipe is 1000 bucks. On a mustang a off road x pipe is 150 dollars. I know the exotics have that issue and cost hella money to mod at all. But use to the great reason to buy American was how affordable the repairs or mods were. Thats not the case any more with the new cars.

Price a pipe for the S197 Mustangs. It's quite a bit more than 150. You also have to remember that over 50% of stang owners modify their vehicles. Not so much for the Cadillac crowd. Supply and demand here.

There is a simple rule in pricing. Charge as much as you can. While it sucks to be on the consumer end of that, the reality of it is that it makes sense for both the consumer and company. Companies that make no money can't exist and that isn't good if they have things you want.

I was your typical mustang owner that modded them my self. The off road X pipe on my 03 Saleen was 150 from UPR. Looks like they are 170 now. I know the nice SS products are higher but that was just an example. Hell a set of nice headers was only 500. But 1000 for a off road x pipe is crazy, IMO.

I guess I understand why they do it but its just frustrating from a consumer point of view. It wont keep me from modding the car. I plan to make this wagon run 10's on pump gas and be my DD. :) I dont plan on turning wrenches my self any more so it looks like I will suck it up and bite the bullet.
