Today I put to use an amp I've been storing for a friend and an old pair of bookshelves. No more crappy radio in the garage. Also bought another Ipod as a source. If I could find a cheap ipod socket charger I wouldn't have to worry about charging the ipod in the house.

Jump rope workout went much better with some tunes in the background. I've also installed a pull-up bar to try and get some more strength in the pull-up department by doing a couple of sets after cardio, on rest days.

Long ass trip. Ended up staying one night in TX and one in LA. Was more expensive on gas than I had figured got stuck in traffic in a few spots and damn near got rear ended. The vehicle behind me saved my ass by turning away as they got hit.

The drivers down here are apeshit at times. All in all though this is a good thing. Wednesday I find out more bout work. I just need to finish unloading the truck bed and get my FL license and tags soon.

When I went to miami 2yr ago, there is no enforced speeding laws there..

Put it this way. Speed limit 65, we were doing 87 and were being passed by half of everyone on the interstate... including the police, lol.
