After months of dealing with pioneers terrible customer service, one tech finally tells me that there was supposed to be a four foot usb extension capable of carrying the video signal from my iphone to the unit in the box. Unfortunately, even though ive been dealing with them since january, they wont send me one on them becuase its been over thirty days since i bought it. Anyways...

I really need one longer anyways. It needs to be able to carry the signal and be at least 12 ft long. Any ideas?

Yes and the last one i got that way gave me a dead signal. Im looking for one that some one KNOWS for sure can carry the signal

Whenever I am looking for cables I go to monoprice. Never had a problem with one of their cables and are as cheap as they come. They sell many different kinds of usb cables. Just look around there until you find what you are after.

Tech support is hit or miss. The guy or girl either knows and wants to help or they don't give a shit. Usually the latter unfortunately.

I found an active repeater usb cable on that monoprice site. im going to try it. thanks for the heads up. hopefully this does it!
