Having trouble with an order from FI

Cant seem to get ahold of anyone from Fi placed the order on the 1st of this month and have not heard anything from them not even an email all i have is the paypal confirmation saying i sent them the money and thats it

On the website under Fi Q10 it states that it will take 10-15 business days which you have just hit the low side of the mark. Should be shipping out within the next week if those times are still accurate on their website.
