Any great enclosure builders on this forum? A need a 3.5^ft tuned to 28hz for a Mag D2 15". Can someone build a quality box & carpeted for under $200 shipped?

if i wasnt so caught up in school i would. but i just dont have the time right now. i working on a fiberglass enclosure, amp rack, and a fiberglass dash right now so im all booked up, sorry
