try it and see if it works... no judgement can really be passed with just specs. it takes experimentation. but from what I see it looks like it should work well.

should i do L-port? or a center port with little L-ports i guess?

The way you have it designed in Torres you have to use an L port off one end.

If you do center port you will not have 3 common walls and will effect volume and tuning.

Only other thing is I'm not sure where you are mounting the subs in relation to the inner port. Have to be careful with loading issues. Looking at the port size it appears you are doing sub up port back.

Other than that looks ok.

Resin? Rubber washers?

coating the inside of the box with fiberglass resin, for smoother airflow.

rubber washers to help seal where the screws are.

you don't need resin, the wood will have less drag than you will get with the resin. Not that its gonna matter anyhow. The srews aren't gonna leak but if you are concerned put a little liquid nails in after you predrill the hole.

i forgot to clamp after i glued. will that result in any problems?

and when i tried to put a screw in it didnt go in straight, so i think im gonna either use nails, or use the nails to make a hole for screws.

do i even need screws?

Op, you need to pre drill the holes (straight) for the screw with a smaller drill bit than the screw, then use the screws.

Yes use screws, nails pull easily and with the constant vibration will work themselves loose. Like others said take the time to pre-drill with a drill bit that is smaller than the shank of the screw. Shoot I even do the countersink chamfer for all of mine. Take the time now, it will pay off later.
