Hey, what's up internet? This past weekend I got to spend some time and compete at the Street SPL finals in San Antonio, Tx. I got to catch up with some old friends from here and there, and I got to make some new friends. Got to play some demos for the crowds, and got a few myself. Here are some vids of the show. Enjoy.

Thanks, and not a problem. Great seeing everyone at the show. Time to start getting ready for the next season.

They've got a little website going. www.streetspl.com Not that many shows though, a few here in San Antonio and some where the organization originated from in South Carolina. For next season they said they are gonna have some shows hosted in Florida as well. Check it out, maybe you can bring some to the great state of Louisiana.

Although that class doesnt make much sense to me. Why dont they let you burp music and be done? Seems like if they want 30 seconds of music they would do an average... Nice scores BTW

they do an average, more averages then you know!

they average the scores from each mic, to make a average for each run, then i believe they average both runs for your final score. its not peak and hold.

I meant a 30 sec average full blast like in Park and Pound (Meca) Just seems pointless to be at half volume then go full tilt for only 7-10 seconds which its clear everyone does. Not knocking it, looks fun to me. I wish Meca did that here but I dont care either way Im in Tennessee, lol.

its a loop hole in the rules,

its set up you are supposed to play full tilt for 30 seconds, but to save battery and subs some of the guys wait untill the end then try to make it up.

dani ran full tilt the whole time in the videos, and you can see her second run suffered, i had her to it to gain respect,
