noob question about box

So I recently ordered one 15 in icon. my question is what box should I get for it...such as thickness ..size..Hz...ect

So I recently ordered one 15 in icon. my question is what box should I get for it...such as thickness ..size..Hz...ect

Here is a link that might be able to give you a starting point.

I would choese 3/4" mdf that can be found at any hardware store. Generally, I would install in the largest enclosure I could fit, within the recommended listings of course. You should tune to whatever is your prefrence and your goal. I find 34hz best for daily. If you like ultra lows, maybe a 30hz tune. If your going for numbers, well you'll most likely be tune much higher, above 40hz normally. And I don't know how to answer your "etc." question lol

Can't really tell what you are asking, but if you meant to ask "Should I go with a 15 cubic foot box?", the answer to that is no.
