if i set my amp with a dmm fr 1200w theres no reason why it should clip, plus my amp is underated so i have som head room.

yes either way, it should be fine, as long as (like said before) the amp isnt clipping.

considering the VC's are the same on the 12" and 15" flavors, i dont think that the size of the woofer matters
