ATTENTION....NEED HELP sending a wrong sub back

Yes i ordered on may 31st. i ordered 2 sa8v.2 dual 4 subs. i received 1 dual 4 and one dual 2................. ive sent an email and left a voice message.............. before i go any further im not knocking Sound Solutions at all.................i myself work with the public and have made mistakes.......................im just trying to figure out the best way to remedy the situation.........any help would be greatly appreciated
