I know this will sound newbish but what does a company mean by lead time? I was told 12-15 days lead time on my recone from FI and excluding weekends its been 18 days and still no word on it.

From the day you ordered, excluding weekends, it should take them 12-15 days before shipping your recone.

I ordered the 5th it they accepted PayPal the 6th. Its the 29th. 23 days, 3 weekends, 17 business days.

I'm not hating on them as a company, I just woulda liked a heads up, instead of just getting a time frame that they knew couldn't be kept. Or Atleast an answer to one of my four emails.
