I believe i used 1 1/4" screws. Use Titebond II glue. Pre drill your screw holes.

I use Titebond III

And screws I'm not exactly sure on the screws, I just used wood screws though, full threaded, black ones, they worked pretty well. Also, very important to pre drill, with my experience MDF splits easily, fair warning lol. GL!

You will not need titebond 3 since the main difference between 2 and 3 is that 3 is waterproof. Use coarse threaded drywall screws, like said above make sure you predrill ALL your holes.

Ok so just use the same size bit as the size screws i use...should i double up on the mdf all around or just on the side where the woofers will be?

I'm no box designer, but yes, I would atleast at bar minimum double baffle and do some effective bracing.

Start studying. Once you see what goes into designing a ported box properly. You will see that 30 bucks really isn't that bad. Gotta pay to play.

30 bucks is cheap for a properly designed enclosure. Ryan at ram designs is a great guy to deal with and will do what's needed to give you exactly what you want.

Considering you have no idea how to make a box design, $30 should seem awfully cheap. Plus, the design is also a bit important. :P
