before you start thinking about what kind of awesome power your going to put into your system make sure you have the awesome electrical to back it up. it takes power to make power.. alternator might need to be upgraded along with some agm batteries.

Sounds like you have a lot of learning to do before you spend a lot of money.

A $3,000 budget wont cover a whole system like that.

Buying used especially amps you can get well under that budget.. I've spent no more than 1500 on a Saz-3500, SSA ZCON 18, enclosure, and batteries. I'm in the 150's and soon to be climbing

And how much if that was at normal person price? Oh wait..... none.

Was a SAZ3000 mentioned? No.

Neither was the option of him buying used equipment.

Im gonna put this into perspective... you came into here and asked us what you would like to eat.. we have no idea what kind of food you like... ya dig? so with that being said... we need to have some of your ideas first as a base so we can better help you. with your mids and highs what are you planning to achieve? i like to use partsexpress.com go on there and looks for some very decently priced mids i like using them instead of paying for a boxed component set.
