I decided im going to buy another mag and build a box for em...

Any recomendation on box size?? should I put a barrier between em ect...

What we recommend on our web page is a good place to start. 1.3 cubes each sealed works very well. A barrier is not necessary - just some bracing of some sort.

Could i use a PMA1000HCA,

Their specs on the site say

500 Watts x 2 @ 4 ohms Stereo

900 Watts x 2 @ 2 ohms Stereo

2500w @ 2 ohm for my 2 mags?? that would be like 1250 apiece... and if i adjust my gains correctly shuld work fine??

looks good to me, from my limited experience, you do not need tons of power to drive the MAG, but many members have said they like they way they respond at 1000+ watts

Well im using a 1200w @ 1ohms on my single mag atm... so

can't drop down to 1000w a piece now can i..

anyways im working on getting a custom alty for me car so it wont die ^.^ was woundering if adding a yellow top or 2 would help if i can't upgrade the alt?

YOu can easily drop down to 1K per driver. You won't notice a difference between 1.2K or 1 K. First things first though, before making the decision to run such a large amp, be sure your electrical system can handle it. If not, you'll never see the tru potential of the amplifier.
