Got my Icon in the mail today.

I got a pair of last year's edition icons shipped to my house, no issues.

Also bought a pair of used xcons in the OG packaging, shipped through ups, no issues.

Perhaps I've been lucky, just wanted to throw my two cents in.

UPS at it again. My Xcon looked worse when it arrived.

The driver was flipping it over and over from the back of the truck, to the driver's compartment. I heard the whole thing from my door. THUMP.....THUMP.......THUMP....THUMP

Srsly? I would have told him, "Pick the damn box up, you pussy." Someone like that wouldn't last half a day where I work.

I've run into issues with UPS myself too, they destroy packages.

My friends brother dropped a pallet of PS3's when they first came out and there were was nothing done to him.

I've seen worse shit than that myself too.

I am the same with BASSahaulic my guy has been delivering my stuff for over a year now and I have ordered a lot since then. I mean if im not home he will open my gate and put it in the garage with my dog in the backyard! Im not saying that you guys are mean to your UPS drivers or if that has ANYTHING to do with it but I know that me actually taking the time to talk with him and show him what is in the massive 100 pound box that he had to carry to of to my door! THE MIGHTY ZCON! He told me please stick with two your killing me here! That ICON in the OP pics may have looked like it got banged around but it showed up in one piece and looks MIGHT sexy! I want to see it put to work!

You guys are acting like it's one and only one person that handles your package from A to B.

I know all our ups drivers and quite frankly there all nice. That doesn't change how it was handled back in another city or state though.

EDIT: I might have made that up now that I think about it, lol that seems kinda far.

I have had subs show up looking like they shipped from just down the street and some show up looking like they were dropped at the door from a crop duster.

There has never been an issue with any of them, so

I will say from experience packaging up subs I have sold has been very time consuming and gets damn expensive too.

I wouldn't worry about it if i was the manufacturer as long as claim ratios were minimal. I am sure there are some, but I honestly cant remember reading about a new sub that showed up DOA.
