Shipping differance refund FI?

Now I recieved the pachage today through USPS and the cost to ship it was $21.78 but I was charged $53.30 for UPS cause FI web site won't let you change the shipping method

The reasone for the post is I want my differance back of $31.52 as nobody has money to throw away. Now I made a post befoe about the shipping but nobody from fi replied.

Wow, i don't think i have ever seen shipping that high on items that could be combined in one box and be half as much as what your order came to. Once i seen the shipping costs i would have stopped and called FI to order directly on the phone instead of ordering online so they could have had combined shipping.

2 days and still know answer from Fi. Thats know surprise. And to think that nick replied to my other emails within one day when I was emailing him about the order being shipped.

Heard nothing yet. I did just send an request through paypal so i'll wait for a reply.
