Leds on grill

I have a 1992 volvo 240 wagon with 55watt hid green headlights(Bright and sweet looking). Looking for some led lights to put across my grill looking to aim them towards the ground. Trying to get the green monster wow look going down the road

What kind of led lights would you prefer? I dont understand the viewing angle ratings on leds 45degree, 90degree 360 degree etc.

I have ordered from Oznium, wont buy lights anywhere else excpet HID kits from Retro Solutions, but im biased to them since im a dealer anyway.
