No Reply From Fi Audio

I sent an email to Fi Audio about a week or go and i got no reply. I sent in an order for a FI Q12 on June 23rd. Then i sent an email on the 24th requesting some information on the enclosure. Please PM me or reply to my email.

Odds are if you didn't hear back about a specific enclosure your email is in a spam folder..many people have the bad habit of using no subject at all..sometimes we don't get it.

You could also always ask the question here as well if it is specific to something that is outside of what is available in those other two threads.

Thank You for the reply. According to the cut sheet of the Q12, i cannot fit the enclosure in my trunk. I have a max height of 13", Width of 30" and i want to keep the depth about 13" or less. And I am definitely going ported to 32hz. Is that enough space to hold a 1.8cuft or 2cuft enclosure for the Q12 ported to 32hz? If not, I will have to cancel the order for the Q12 and get the Q10. Please hold off on the Q12 until the enclosure is situated.

Only thing I can tell you is measure and do the math...2 dimensions is not going to be able to give you a volume figure, you need to know the depth that you can work with as well.

Hop on www.the12volt.com there are box volume calculators on there that will help you determine how much volume you can fit.

Thanks for the link. I understand much better about the enclosures and port sizes. I've concluded that I will have to cancel my Q12 order and order the Q10. How will this work? Will you send me a complete refund and I start the order from scratch?

How will this be carried out? Will the order be cancelled and I get a full refund? Or will i just receive the difference for the Q10?

BTW, im not sure if u received it or not, but i did send the email to both [email protected] and [email protected] immediately after my last post on monday but i got no reply which is why i am posting here once again.
