Window Tint In NC

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I was wondering if there was anyone in NC that can do a good tint job because I've tried three times now and each time I try something always goes wrong from bubbles popping up over night to window streaks under the tint. I figured that by the time I get it to where I want it I will probably have spent just as much as I would have at a tint shop so I'm done with diy tinting and am just looking for someone in the NC area that could do it and if not I guess I'll have to go to a shop and pay $200+

I have found that it's usually easier to just go pay a good, reputable shop to do it. If you have a friend or something do it and then there turns out to be a problem with it, there could be a hassle, argument or worse trying to get it redone. A reputable shop will usually fix any problems relating to workmanship or product free of charge.

(most) shops will do a good job, from my experience shops that do tint exclusively tend to do the best job because that's all they do and they typically do not only cars but other tint jobs, however that's just from personal experience. Make sure they do not cut the tint directly on the glass, because the razor blades can and will scratch the shit out of your glass i had that happen to me personally guy said it was probably a defect from the assembly line.

:peepwall:

Prices are typically very competitive, in my area for my mustang it was all around 150-160 bucks.

Big Dog Line-X. Did my tint for 160$ on a 4 door sedan. No bubbles no streaks. Tint was legal limit 35%. Brother got his Nissan xterra 4 doors done in 35% and the rear window in like 15% i do believe. All for just under 200$ Once again, no problems there either.

It looks like a shotty place from the looks and how they run, but dont judge a book by its cover, they do a great job and get it done. They are in the Charlotte/Pineville area.
