Wiring D2 to HiFonics BX 1000D

Nick, please give some guidelines on how to properly wire your D2 to this amp.

Connect the positive terminal of one voice coil with the positive connection of the other voice coil and do the same thing with the negatives. Parallel wiring a dual 2 Ohm sub will give you the 1 Ohm that you're looking for. If I remember correctly there is a good wiring tutorial on JL's website.

Bingo...then wire the amp to one of the coils....

Basically a daisy chain of the +'s and a daisy chain of the -'s

Should get ya 1 ohm bud!

Sorry to bring back this topic, but I'm considering the same setup and was wondering how high you had your gains set just for normal daily driving.
