Curious, as I didn't ask earlier, did you not have enough room to take full advantage of the 4 10s, where as now, you hope you can get an optimal enclosure for the single 18"?

It's mini wall time The tens were choked like crazy. The box was big enough but the port was too close to the trunk, and subs were too close to the deck. I'm sure this will be enough, (for a few weeks) and if not I'll grab another.

I didn't get a chance. To be honest when I had the three it was louder and sounded better even being wired to a higher ohm load. I thought I had more room than I did. I had to bend the sheet metal just to get it in.

Yeah install is everything. Even with less cone area I'm confident that this will be louder.
