sundown sa-8 vs SS rl-i8

what do you guys think about these two subs?

im looking to get a pair. of either

i like both sealed and ported boxes.

which is a more all around sub lows and highs. which can give better hitting lows?

and can take a beating. i have a saz 1500d that ill be using at 2ohms

Both woofers will take the power, but they are both designed to be different woofers.

Based on your recommendation I'd ask why not a sub with more cone area? Sounds like that would be a better choice for you.

Space is limited. I have a reg cab truck subs would go behind seats.

sa-8's i have had both subs and the sa-8's sounded better and got louder to me

That doesn't mean a ported pair of 8's will be small...

My single ported 8 required externally a bigger enclosure than my 12. Goals, space, budget, etc... would help a lot.
