2 8'S OR 1 12

what should i go with 2 8's or 1 12. this will be for my wagon i will have to ake out the skar's to use my 3rd row seat for the kids in a few weeks but i still want some bass but i dont want to spend alot and i will only have room for the 1 12 or 2 8's and i dont want to spend more than 50 bucks this is just for 2-3 days out of the week

Well being an 8" sub lover 4 life i usually would say get the 8's butttttttt, those 8's dont look too great, i mean for the $30 for a pair of 8's, just seems a bit cheap, i would say get 1 12" and port it on a lil amp and youll be happy, and BTW this is coming from a guy who LOVES 8" subs!!!, just dont like those cheap ones, i dnno if this helps, maybe im just tired and rambling again haha

Maybe johnecon2001 still has the Sundown SD1v1 10 or 12. Good deal on a better sub imo.

It's worth a shot, I would definitely rather have one of these than an hfi series sub.

Yah i just recently got my (2) SA-8's, waiting on some money, then im getting an argent audio vented box, and a Sundown 1200 or 1500, cant wait

Theres nothing iike some nice vented 8" subwoofers in the right box, sounds good with any music, and never too boomy, and doesnt drown out front stage, thats why they are always my fav! good luck with your 8's try and port them and im sure youll be happy

i might have to go sealed but its just for a lil bass i have my skars for the real bass on 1500watts this is really for the fuck of it

Check out Parts Express for some cheap 8's. I'm actually looking at the Daytons and Tang Bands right now for my summer project (might go with 10's though).
