Ok, so this may be a lil way off topic, maybe too off topic , but a interesting topic indeed. I'm no conspirator or anything, but I do have a very open mind, which is why I am bringing this topic here, to hear what other people may or may not think about what really happened on 9/11. So my question is simply put, what do you guys really think happened on that date? If you ever have spare time(two hours), you should watch This Film. But be warned, there are three major topics that may be viewed wrongly or harmful to some. But if you do have a open mind, and just want to take in some valueable information, this may interest you. The three topics that are discussed in this paticular film are: Religion, 9/11, and future government plans.

Yea, there is a lot of different views that no one can say is right, except for the government. But there is still a lot of researching that can be done to try and seek the truth. Which is why I tried to just stick to one of side of the story by asking what do you think happend on 9/11, and not the other thousand different cases that may or may not be true relating to the government and its/their inside jobs or whatever you may want to call them.

There have been alot of different views of what happened, and even a few videos that surfaced, but i do not know where they are now. I love my country and am a veteran who served faithfully for this country. But i do feel some of those videos depicted some interesting facts that cant easily be explained away. But seeming strange and being wrong are not always the same thing. All i know is that day is one of the worst i have ever experienced, any time i see a show or movie or anything and they show or talk about it, i cant help but get choked up. I do not have an opinion either way as i have never studied the facts well enough to base one.

And people like me, really do appreciate ppl like you, who are not affraid of what may or may not be the truth. I am actually a lil suprised to your response. Usually ppl who serve this country, or are related to someone who is, getting really angry, and/or affended, when I simply try to expand their horrizon on the situation. If you click that link, and jump to part two, you will see a lot of evidence that points to the truth, of that maybe, just maybe it was indeed a inside job. Off the top of my head, I know that they specifally talk ab the way the beams were cut, that may indicate a controlled demolition, as well for building 7, where you can actually see the crink in the middle, so that the building doesn't damage buildings 50ft away. They also interview the AE of the WTC of describe that those building where designed to take multiple air plane attacks, you also have witnesses that describe a huge explosion in the basements, minutes before the plans crashed. Zeitgeistmovie is IMHO worth watching.

Having been a civilian working for the Army in the past, I have a different perspective on things like this then most do. That does not mean I know anything, just looked at events like this from a different location for a little while. In addition, I was working on the road at the time and was enroute to Madison Square Garden on 9/11. I was smack in between the planes that hit the towers and the plane that cash landed (or in the videos, evaporated) in western PA. The entire crew (including me), were sent back to Cincinnati and I was stuck there for a week and could not get home. A best friends brother was working on 53rd at the time, and for some reason had some 6th sense when the first building was hit, to jump into his truck, and as he tells it he could see the second tower go down in his rear view as he was pulling out of the city.

I have watched the Zeitgeist and LooseChange films a few times. Both bring up some really important issues that were and still have not been fully explained to the public. There is essentially two different stances to take on this;

1. You believe your government would never go so far as to kill Americans to justify invading another country.

or

2. There is so much that does not add up and you don't trust your government and believe the theories are possible.

I personally don't want to get into a debate about this. By this point, I have a semi-well formed position on all of this.

I do not believe that the United States government represents american citizens. I have a very strong opinion that the US government does not have American's best interest in mind.

I think that the US government did not plan the attacks on 9/11 but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

I have deep remorse toward the US government for the American families that lost loved ones or have loved ones with life long medical trauma from serving in the US Military. It really aggravates me to think that there are children, wives, husbands, mothers and fathers who live everyday without their family member who's life was taken because of the US government's fight first tactics. I could not imagine a day without my daughter or finance, I just can not fathom the pain other families have.

I do not see any hope that the US will be a prospering county by 2020. Damnit that just sucks.

People believe what they will believe. Are there any documented facts saying the government did it? No. But there's evidence, there's motive, and all of the above. The way I see it, a terroristic act of this extent should be evident. There shouldn't be any questions asked. The other 2 crashes in the field in Pennsylvania and the pentagon are VERY questionable. But who knows? And what can we really do about it now? I say just pay more attention to what's really going on, there's plenty of sites and talk shows. Ome guy that my dad always listens to is Alex Jones, he seems crazy but over the years I've never heard him tell one bullshit lie. Unlike our "government"...
