shocker audio?

I'm bored at work and been looking around and found shocker audio. It seems they no longer exist. the sub looks bad ass and wanted to know a little more about this. So if you know anything please share.

Supposedly they were recently bought by an existing company. From what I understand, they are just re-badged drivers of Chinese copies of old drivers from a few years back.
