How much power are you planning on running?

Depends on the wood material and thickness as well...

Should I get a extra large pizza or a large?

Right you are Ken. Is that Papa Murphy's? Back to the topic at hand, how much power will you be running? How big is the baffle? Sealed or ported? Enclosure thickness? Are you going to brace the enclosure? Give us a little more to work with here.

IA Says the flatlynes are 27lbs a piece i dont think it would be necessary to double up the front baffle if you use 3/4" mdf and do some minor internal bracing, but if you want flush mounted subs or just for and extra piece of mind it wouldn't hurt just makes the enclosure heavier than it needs to be. :fing34:

I'd do a double baffle just because. Helps with strength.

Agreed.

This. Proper bracing and it won't flex at all.

I prefer the look of flush mounted subs. So I would go with a double baffle.

If your worried about weight you could use window style or dowel bracing inside the box to prevent panel flex.

no such thing as a box that is too stiff ...double baffle no doubt !
