Whats a good tuning freq. for this sub? I listen to 90% rap. for some reason i was stuck on tuning at 30-32 hz

Depends on the "rap" you listen to. Most likely you will be louder for what you listen to if you port higher

what do you mean by what type of rap? so is lower tuning better or should i tune higher

Frequency content of the music makes a big difference. For what my sister listens to i'd tune significantly higher.

33HZ Daily, any rap i played on my last box hit the low lows and still gets decently high
