Cool. Well no update on anything with the alternators. I am still sitting here with the assumption that my alt is going to be done but i guess not. I am glad you took care of edouble101 but as i look bad i was the OP of this thread and still haven't been helped or updated. :WTFBubble:

I mean seriously dude, that was just yesterday and you already forgot that I told you they would be shipping to us Monday, (REPLIED to my post no less)and you'd have it at the absolute latest the end of next week??

Do none of you even pay attention to the fact that it's not us that's holding this shit up?? I dont know how many more times I need to remind you people.. And you want to say it's us that has such horrible CS?? I got news for ya bud, for every one of you I have at least 200 other customers that are more than happy with both our product, AND our customer service. We cant please everyone obviously..

Well i was asking for a specific update for my alternator, not a general whats going on with everything. I didn't even know if you received my alternator!

But dude, when i am told that it is going to be one week, then it gets pushed back, and back. What am i to do? I can barley get to work some days and some days i have to call in work because i don't have a car I can even drive over because i have to juggle family cars just to get there. Shouldn't it be your goal to please everyone? I feel like more and more people are having problems with your alternators. It's not my fault my alternator broke.

You're annoying -__- . just sit back and wait. Why do you need an update every single day? Why the he'll didn't you track your alternator? They understand that your situation is fucked up but what do you want them to do? There's no reason for them to call you to tell you the same shit. Chill out.

Edit: After reading your rant in the other thread I don't blame them... You keep bashing them one post and then ask for help or an update in the next. I work CS at my job and I wouldn't be too willing to help somebody like you. Hope something works out for you. If times are so tough as you say idk why you put all this money into your car...

How bout making it "out of stock" on your site? Sure would save a lot of trouble.

We did do just exactly that on most things, but with over 15k products on the website some of them did slip through the crack..
