How is this the first install ever when "chris the man" claims to have 75sqft in his car already? Is this the "prototype" deadener or the actual product?

Either way the owner of Audio Technix and his minion have already proven themselves to be less than stand-up characters. I would never use nor recommend their product based solely on their behavior.

Business is better sent to someone worth sending business to.

Great, now this mess has made its way over here too? There is too many inconsistencies (i.e. someone is lying or people cannot get their stories straight) with the company and the product information, on top of the lies about other brands and their products all the while product pushing by some of the ecronies, once earlier here and now getting out of hand on CA.com too. Extremely reminiscent of RD/low-hz.

1 mil = .002inches therefore 60 mils = .120inches. Now that's special :P

Assuming they are not using the metric system being meter is the base measurement for length which would make it 60 millimeters, or .060 of a meter. I doubt it's over two inches thick . So being the inch is the american standard for lenght, one mill or milli-inch is .001". So 60 mill would be .060 of an inch. Or .0025" less than 1/16 of an inch.

Deadener isn't used to stop flex........

Nor is it used as an acoustic barrier.

*realize wasn't the scope of this thread, but considering the other threads regarding this I wanted to be sure to point it out.

We were not attacking you, just surprised this was still going. The in-accuracies that is promoted by them is saddening, especially the cover every surface inch of sheet metal.
