Very nice! Weren't able to put them at an angle at all?

There slightly angled, but the actual tweeter is swiveled towards the driver

The pods are looking good this time around. Practice make's perfect with the glassing. Wrapping the vinyl/faux leather can be a bitch. a few tips would be get the strongest glue you can, and heat the vinyl/faux leather right before wrapping. I just left it in the sun for a half hour or so. Start applying the material to the pod from the center out (center of the material) and stretch REAL HARD. I used a hot glue gun to attach the the back/front edge as I made progress around the pod.

To be honest with you I will be painting my door pods this time around. The other route that I liked the look of was using box carpet/felt. That stuff can be stretched asnd form fitted REALLY easy, and come's in several colors. (like tan)

Yeah I need to sand them down then going to paint with a textured paint or bedliner. Just real busy and don't have any tools at the moment. Well I got a screw driver, drill, some bits, and screws. Just enough to screw down the xcons in the new box.

Already have wires cut, hopefully they'll reach, if not I gotta drive out to the other house across town...

Everyone keeps saying this box is going to kill my car, silly people, these are SQ drivers. :roflmao:

We shall see... If I have noticeable windshield flex I'm going to be jumping up and down, just hope the roof doesn't rattle like crazy or I'll have to pull the headliner and brace with steel. :trippy:

There are crossovers, fairly big too. Mounted them in the doors on back side. The doors had a big empty space filled with a large piece of cardboard, not really sure what purpose it could have done except add some solidness to the door when grabbing handle and closing.

Just to fill the empty space I guess. Any way, I just cut out a circle with a dremel, and used industrial velcro. They aren't coming off anytime soon :P

I'm by no means good at this, I think they came out alright, good enough for now. Just try it a few times and you'll get better each time.

Yeah, I love the flush mount how it curves in the center, makes it easy to grab the drivers too. And the Aeros  May even gain some on the TL with'm.

Very nice. Does Andrew add t-nuts or any other way to screw down the sub other than regular wood screws?

No, but he wouldn't know where to put tnuts either, since some baskets may have the holes space out a little differently.

Wood screws work fine, I don't plan on taking the xcons in and out.

:)
