toying with the idea of a new car

Recommended Posts

Currently have a jeep but rarely go four wheeling anymore... My 2door jeep is small, and my substage takes up the whole rear area. So basically any car except a coupe would be an upgrade as far as room and cargo area.

I don't really want a trunk car, main reason being it's harder to fit a enclosure in, and have to deal with getting bass into the cabin.

My budget is $7000, possibly 8. Looking for 2000 and up.

Current vehicles I've been looking at are: Scion xB and Scion tC, and Volvo v70.

So basically something with a hatch, room in the rear to fit a nice big sub enclosure (pair of 15s or what not).

anyone got any other cars I should look into?

thanks

EDIT: no honda civics or large suvs.

Chevy Blazer 2 door 2 wheel drive. not that big exterior wise and pretty easy to fix if something were to go wrong.

Dodge Caliber

Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Matrix

Ford Focus ZX5

Chevrolet Aveo (not promising anything)

Mazda 3

VW Golf

Saab 9-3

those are a bunch of hatchbacks for sale in my area. they all have 70-90K miles but i'm in michigan and only looked at 30 miles around my house haha
