I also saw a product where they are selling a 2 awg wire that you hook up to your alternator (the bolt with a wire attached to it) directly to your battery (or the positive on your fusebox, where you would put the positive jumper cable) , instead of just the skinny stock wire dissappering into your engine somewhere and eventually going to your battery. I did it , it helps.

Thats one part of the Big 3, which OP should do if they haven't already. I suggest getting 1/0 at least to do it though, with this kind of upgrades/power plans.

The wire you refer to is part of the big3. The other two wires are a ground wire from the alternator to the battery and a large ground from the battery to the frame/body of the car.
