Newbie Bernard Here,

I'm pretty green to this world. I do face a few challenges with my current tin can of a car (old Samurai) - VIBRATION and I mean from the road not the music/speakers. Is this common among jeep owners?

This challenge and a few other things interest me and I look forward to learning from the board.

Thanks!

B

Hey, welcome to the forum :)

I have a jeep wrangler and it's also a tin can. I got a bunch of cld tiles to stop panel resonance and to thicken my doors. Then used mlv on the floor and on doors. Then put ccf on doors in-between mlv and door panels to stop rattle. I got the cld tiles, mlv, and ccf from sound deadener showdown. It's worked wonders, made my jeep fairly quiet from outside road noise and have few rattles.

P.s. Before I did all this^ I bedlined the floor, that helped too!
