1. Ups is the only option it has for shipping, is it okay for me to send it to them through FedEx or is the shipping that is included in the checkout for incoming and return shipping?

2.What address do i send it too?

3. Expected time before it is shipped back?

Anything else i should know?

Make sure that you put all of your contact information in the box on a piece of paper. If we don't know who it is coming from...we can't help you. They then sit in the stack of misfit speakers until somebody emails.
