need box designs

Um.... its me again i might need a box design either for a kicker solo baric 15' s15l5 for an explorer......

Or im am going to try to buy a fi btl 15' either one would be nice to have a box design for both of these are going into the back of a 95 explorer.... I do not have the messurements quiet yet but i should have them tomorrow.... I do not need anything special just a simple design to get me by for the time being....

5 cubes tuned to 28 to 30, and 60 inches of port area should do quite well with either driver.

alright i have the messurements for the explorer.....

From the back of the back seat to a little bit before the hatch is 3ft 3inches

From the side to side is 3ft 16 inches wide

and the height of it i do not know if you guys need to know or not is 2ft 16.5 inches tall

If that helps any i would greatly appreciate it thank you for your time..

From the back of the back seat to a little bit before the hatch is 3ft 3inches

From the side to side is 3ft 16 inches wide

and the height of it i do not know if you guys need to know or not is 2ft 16.5 inches tall

Yeah just a measurement one that i didnt even need i just put it on here so that if someone that know what their talking about can get me a box design..

3.5 cubes at 34 hz. 30 inches wide 17 inches tall 18 inches deep port is 3.5 inches wide 15.5 inches tall and 31 inches deep. (L port of course which would break that up to 13.75 for l1 and 16.5 for l2)

That includes 45's in the corners as well. 2 inch.

Get the woofer first than we can give a better answer on a design! A little homework on learning speaker T/S parameters will help in the long run when designing a box.

No one should be able to give designs without your listening goals, the xmax of the woofer, tuning you would like, and SD of the woofer.
