Recommended Posts

alright, so i after taking my stock radio out and installing a my alpine deck i am getting a lot of noise. right now i just have the power going to the HU, no speakers no rcas or anything and im still getting the noise. wish i had the money to get my new speakers and amp to get rid of this!

would that be a bad ground on the factory amp? here is what im dealing with

what you have no speakers hooked up to the h/u and you are getting noise... where from?

you do relieze that your fuel pump makes noise and so does the engine...

Did i read that right you said you DO NOT have the speakers hooked up?

the speakers were wired to the factory amp, but no rcas to the HU. and yes, i know the difference. it was the speakers and i had no problem with the stock radio

i c with my head unit I grounded it right to the frame rather then to the wiring harness. and if your head unit is out putting a bad signal an amp might not solve this issue Actually there is a tutorial on this forum about noise it odd pinned somewhere have you read it yet?
