Soundstream amps?

I sold my amp (thanks, ulrisa) so I'm in the market for a new one to power my 10" Dcon. For my budget I've narrowed it down to these two:

Does anyone here have any experience with Soundstream amps? I don't have any experience with their products, except for the SPL 12's about 10 years ago (they belonged to a friend). I obviously don't know much about the technical stuff, so is the $70+ dollar difference between these two worth it (other than the cool factor )?

Only experience I have with Soundstream is with my son's build (link is in my signature). Have been happy so far with the output they give, but they are the D-Tower Series.

The difference I see in the specs of the 2 you have listed is the rms power specs. one is listed as 350 rms power and the other is 350 peak power.

The amp phi has given as an option would be a good choice for the $

They actually list the same RMS specs (if you look closer, it got me too), but the more expensive one has a subsonic filter which you would usually want for a ported enclosure.

Bass knob? I'm using my factory HU, so I really want something that has a bass knob.

I noticed that too, but under "Bridged RMS Power" they are both listed at 350 x 1 channel.
