currently i have 5 sx 15s and 5 a7s right....

Well Im thinking 6 sx 15s and 3 hk4000s from ma audio

whats everyone think? 2000-2200 per sub be ok?

do 7 sx15's..lol

nah 6sx15's with 2-2200watts will be loud ...put them in a 6th order bandpass and see what happens
