Small update, but rather significant.

Started putting the zcons together last night.

It could of definetly went together smoother.

I have three of the four together minus soldering the terminals.

Hope to finish up the next weekend.

Zcon motor.

Note the gorilla tape residue. Undesirable.

If one should choose to ship and.want assure the screws are retained in the motor,

I believe masking tape would do fine, and not add this factor.

The residue left from that tape makes it not worth using.

I have the carbon fiber dustcaps as well, however, there were several issues that left me hesitant on using them.

Went with this crisp and clean bnib originals! I like them a lot.

This was a better than the others scenario in the pic.

It can be cleaned off, just not desirable to the recipient.

IMO

Lol at your humour, should I just toss them!? Haha

No I meant using the tape. I tried it once and if you never have to remove the tape it is fine, but if you do there is some clean up. :)

Sucks about the residue & the look but there should be no effect on performance, right?
